From time to time, we may come across a pair of curtains that we deem ‘risky’ to clean. By submitting this form, you confirm that you have been contacted by Curtain Cleaning NZ Limited and have had the risks explained to you prior to authorizing us to proceed.

Whilst we take every precaution and clean your curtains in the best way possible there are risks involved that are beyond our control.
These are as follows:
- Allow for shrinkage. ( Around 5% of curtains cleaned will shrink)
- Allow for colour loss. ( Rare but can happen to around 1% of curtains)
- Thermal may peel. ( Will happen to around 5% of thermal curtains and 0.5% of blackout curtains)
- Due to sun damage and age, some curtains may not be strong enough to withstand the cleaning process and can shred.
I have read and understood the risks outlined above and agree to proceed at my own risk.
I accept that I have no claim for damages if the curtains are damaged.
